Returns
Sainai voluntarily offers a 14-day return period from receipt for eligible, non-personalised standard products. Swiss law does not provide a general statutory cooling-off right for online purchases.
Standard products
Contact support@sainai.ch within 14 days of receipt before returning anything. Goods must be unused, complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return.
Refund
After an eligible return has been checked, the refund is normally made to the original payment method where technically possible.
Personalised products
A Custom Photo product is made specifically from your image. Once personalised production has begun or the item has been produced, it cannot be returned or cancelled merely because you changed your mind.
Defects and incorrect deliveries
For damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect goods or missing components, contact support@sainai.ch. We may request photos and will first offer an appropriate replacement, correction or missing components where reasonable. If that is not reasonable or possible, a refund may be provided. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
