Terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to orders from Mark Rudenok’s Sainai online shop. Sales and delivery are currently limited to Switzerland.
Products and seller
Your contracting party is Mark Rudenok, Sainai, Hübelistrasse 10, 3612 Steffisburg, Switzerland. The range includes physical paint-by-numbers kits and personalised Custom Photo kits.
Order process and contract
You review your cart, server-calculated prices and delivery details and can correct errors before submitting. By completing the final payment action you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when Sainai electronically confirms the order after successfully verified payment. A return page alone is not proof of payment; the secure Stripe confirmation is authoritative.
Prices, shipping and payment
CHF is the primary currency of the Swiss shop; the total shown before payment is binding. Shipping in Switzerland is free. Sainai is not currently VAT-registered. Payment methods currently available are displayed at checkout and processed by Stripe. Sainai does not store full card numbers or CVC.
Cancellation
A standard order may be cancelled while cancellation is still operationally possible before processing or dispatch. A Custom Photo order may be cancelled only before personalised production begins. Contact support@sainai.ch promptly; cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment has progressed.
Custom Photo rights
By uploading an image, you confirm that you hold the rights or permission needed to use it for the requested product. Do not upload material whose use would unlawfully infringe third-party rights. Ownership of your source image does not transfer to Sainai.
Obvious errors
Sainai may cancel an order affected by an unmistakable technical or pricing error—such as CHF 1 instead of the intended CHF 49—and fully refund payment already received. This is not a general right to cancel valid orders without a proper reason.
Delivery, defects and returns
The published Shipping and Returns policies apply. For defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete goods, we first offer replacement, correction or missing components where reasonable; otherwise a refund may be provided. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Legal capacity
Customers must have the legal capacity required for the transaction. Minors need the consent of their legal representative where legally required.
Intellectual property
Sainai branding, logo, Sainai-owned product photography, website design, texts and graphics may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission except where allowed by law. This does not claim ownership of customer-uploaded images.
Law and disputes
Swiss law applies. Mandatory consumer protection, mandatory venues and legal remedies are not excluded.
