What is a kit intended to include?
The planned standard includes a canvas with numbered areas, the required acrylic paints, brushes, and instructions. Binding contents will be listed on each product page after supplier verification.
Which sizes are available?
The launch sizes are 30 × 40 cm and 40 × 50 cm. Sizes remain data-driven product variants and can be expanded later.
How will my personal photo be protected?
Customer photos will be placed in private storage. Access will be authorised and time-limited, and files will never be stored in the public project directory.
How long do processing and delivery take?
Standard paintings are typically processed in 1–2 days and custom paintings in 2–3 days. Expected delivery within Switzerland then takes 2–3 days.
Will I need a customer account?
No. The planned checkout supports guest orders without requiring an account.
